Need Help With Renewing or Rejoining?

To renew your membership simply login first.  Doing it this way, keeps your original Roller Member Number. The Login link is in the menu.

Once you're logged in you'll be on your Membership Dashboard.

• At the top of the page there is a pink RENEW button.  
• Press that and follow the prompts.
• Shortly after you have renewed your membership you will receive an invitation to get back into the communtity.

Update My Details

You can update your address, email address, password or payment details any time on your Membership Dashboard.  It's a self service area.

To access your dashboard. 

• Please login using the LOGIN link in the menu.
• Once logged in you'll be on your Membership Dashboard.
• Select the option box that you want to update, edit your info and save.

Discontinue Your Journey with Us

You can cancel at any time on your Membership Dashboard.  It's a self service area.

To access your dashboard. 

• Please login using the LOGIN link in the menu.
• Once logged in you'll be on your Membership Dashboard.
• Scroll Down until you see the Cancel Membership Box.
• Follow the prompts.

After you have successfully cancelled, you will receive a confirmation email to your membership email address.
